Onboarding Experience

Let’s break down the Onboarding page — the user’s first real encounter with the Nupixl system. This will be the warmest, most human-centered experience in the platform, setting the tone for how the AI

Function

The Onboarding Experience introduces users to their Pixl Persona — their personal AI assistant — and begins building a relationship rooted in support, trust, and clarity. It’s designed to be as natural and human-like as possible, blending conversational tone, visual prompts, and progressive guidance.

The goal isn’t just setup — it’s to help users feel like they’ve found a system that sees them and supports them.


Key Functions

  • Warm introduction from the Pixl AI

  • Captures the user’s overall goals and focus areas

  • Identifies a primary goal to get started with

  • Sets user expectations about how the system will support them

  • Builds trust through gentle prompts, voice, and response options

  • Prepares user for daily briefings and project/task generation

🎯 Identify Main Focus

User selects from focus areas (Start a business, Improve wellbeing, Finish a project, etc.) — or types their own

✍️ Define First Goal

Pixie asks follow-up questions to clarify their primary goal (e.g., “What would success look like in 3 months?”)

💡 Context Reminder

Pixie affirms: “I’ll remember this as your starting point. You can change it anytime.”

🌱 Prepare for Briefings

Pixie introduces the daily briefing system: “Each morning and evening, I’ll check in with a few questions to help you focus and grow.”

“You’re all set! Want to jump into your first briefing or explore your workspace first?”


UX Behavior

  • Voice-first interaction with optional visual response buttons

  • Users can go off-script and still get back on track

  • Clarifying questions feel conversational, not clinical
