My Space (Homepage)

Function

The User Dashboard acts as the personal command center for each user — not in a cluttered, widget-heavy way, but as a calm, conversational starting point for the day. It’s built to reflect where the user is in their journey, offer quick access to what’s relevant, and open the door to deeper AI-powered interaction.

The dashboard is less about “controlling an app” and more about initiating flow — like walking into a workspace where your assistant is already waiting.

Key Functions

  • Welcome the user by name or status (“Good morning Elijah — ready to get back to it?”)

  • Show quick status updates:

    • Active project or focus

    • Last completed briefing

    • Tasks in motion

  • Provide a clear call-to-action (e.g. “Start Briefing” or “Continue Your Project”)

  • Offer space for conversation: a floating AI input prompt (“What’s on your mind?”)

  • Optionally surface key AI-generated suggestions:

    • “3 small tasks you could tackle today”

    • “Would you like a quick summary of yesterday’s work?”

    • “You haven’t reflected in a while — want to debrief?”

Layout Philosophy

  • Minimal by default

  • Conversational AI takes the lead: the page should feel alive and present

  • Key sections only reveal if triggered by user intent or timing

Section

Display Conditions

AI Prompt (“What would you like to do?”)

Always visible

Briefing Summary

Only after a briefing is completed

Suggested Tasks

Shown if AI has context + time-of-day match

Project Overview

Only if the user has an active project

Reflections / Notes

Accessible, but not prominent by default

Example Flows

  1. Morning Login

    • Pixie says: “Morning! Want to start your briefing or jump into something specific?”

    • CTA: [Start Morning Brief] or [Open Project]

  2. After Briefing

    • AI displays: “Here’s what you planned for today…” with task chips

    • CTA: [Mark as Complete], [Edit], or [Start Working]

  3. Idle Visit

    • If no major activity logged: “What’s one thing you’d like to move forward today?”

    • Option to revisit last session or start something new

Design Features

  • 🟢 Voice or text input always accessible (convo bar stays sticky)

  • 🟩 Light green highlights for action cards

  • 🔄 Refreshable AI suggestions that update with each check-in

  • 🧘 Calm visual design — no pop-ups, no clutter
