2. Collaboration Mode

Purpose

• To facilitate active collaboration and communication during periods when teamwork is essential, such as during a design sprint or collaborative project work.

Features

Selective Notifications:

  • Allows notifications from team communication tools, project management apps, and direct messages from team members.

  • Suppresses notifications from non-collaborative apps or external contacts.

Priority Contacts:

  • You can prioritize notifications from specific team members or groups.

Meeting Alerts:

  • Ensures you receive notifications for upcoming meetings and collaborative sessions.

File and Document Updates:

• Alerts you to changes or comments on shared documents and design files.

Integration with AI Co-Pilots

Pixl Personal:

  • Suggests activating Collaboration Mode when it detects scheduled team activities.

  • Highlights important collaborative tasks or messages that need your attention.

Team Assistant:

  • Coordinates with your Pixl Personal to ensure you receive critical team updates.

  • Helps manage your schedule to optimize collaboration times.
