Prototype Outline

Overview

Nupixl is a next-generation AI platform designed to help individuals and teams work with clarity, intention, and flexibility. This prototype demonstrates how conversational AI, progressive interface design, and context-aware tooling can transform the way we manage our goals, collaborate with others, and build meaningful systems of work.

At its core, Nupixl is built to feel like working with a trusted assistant, not a tool.

Core Experience

The Nupixl interface is grounded in Conversational AI UX — meaning users interact with the system using voice or text, as if talking to a teammate or guide.

Every page begins with a minimal layout and progressively reveals new components as users engage. Whether setting a goal, completing a briefing, or coordinating across a team, users are always met with clarity first, complexity later.

What the Prototype Includes

The current prototype explores four key areas of the Nupixl system:

1. Onboarding Experience

  • Introduces the user to Pixl (their AI co-pilot)

  • Gathers personal goals, work context, and preferences

  • Sets the tone for how the AI will interact

  • Prioritizes personal support before introducing organizational tools

2. Personal Management System

  • Core area for individual users to define, track, and complete their goals

  • Includes:

    • Personal Projects

    • AI-Generated Tasks

    • Briefings (morning and evening)

  • Entirely private and context-aware

  • Powered by the user’s Pixl Persona

Related concepts:

3. Briefing System

  • Daily check-in/check-out and reflection points designed to guide focus and momentum

  • AI selects or customizes 2–3 questions based on the user’s context, briefing type, and time of day

  • Morning Brief → Planning and intention

  • Flow Update → Reflection and learning

  • Evening Debrief → Reflection and learning

  • Used to generate tasks or detect emotional patterns

Related concepts:

4. Team Management System

  • Organization-level features are introduced only after onboarding is complete

  • Users can join/leave organizations — their data remains encrypted and portable

  • Includes:

    • Team AI (meeting support, task suggestions, knowledge base maintenance)

    • Anonymous support escalation

    • Team-wide briefings and coordination
